Actually these scales do not exist in stricted music theory. Intead each of these scales has existing twin scale with different notation but fairly consisting of the same notes they theoretically would have.

D sharp major scale (D#) = E flat major scale (Eb)

E sharp major scale (E#) = F major scale (F)

G sharp major scale (G#) = A flat major scale (Ab)

A sharp major scale (A#) = B flat major scale (Bb)

B sharp major scale (B#) = C major scale (C)
